Rosemary oil as effective as allopathic drug minoxidil to increase hair counts

Rosemary is one of the oldest known medicinal herbs, used centuries ago to enhance mental function and memory.

Researchers (Rosemary oil vs minoxidil 2% for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia: a randomized comparative trial 2015) found rosemary oil to be as effective at encouraging hair regrowth as minoxidil, a medication better known as mintop.

Rosemary contains a powerfull antioxidant carnosic acid that can help rejuvenate damaged nerves and blood vessels in tissues. Carnosic and rosmarinic acids in rosemary have powerful antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties.

Rosemary oil’s ability to limit skin inflammation and irritation also helps reduce dandruff (seborrheic dermatitis) and delays premature graying of hairs.

Rosemary has a positive impact on reducing anxiety, stress and improve sleep quality.
